- Conceptual sketch (re-planning, situational placement of furniture).
- Styling solution.
- Coloring composition.
- Measured draft sketch.
Phase 2
- Plan for dismantling of parting walls and structure
- Plan for mounting the partitions and structures
- Explication of premises with specified area sizes
- Data sheet for doorways and door specifications
- Wall elevation with decorating items (units needing clarification)
- Sketches of customized items and decoration items (with dimensions and materials)
- Explication of floor coatings with specified area sizes and product codes for materials
- Plan of the floor with specified patterns and area sizes (units needing clarification, with sections)
- Plan of the floor heating with controls adjustment
- Plan for ceilings (sections of individual units if needed)
- Specification of ceilings by finish dressing materials
- Layout of ventilation and air conditioning system
- Plan of placement of light fixtures
- Specifications for lighting by types and other specific requirements
- Lighting and electrical equipment controls chart
- Placement diagram for sockets, cable outlets (pigtails) and leads for low voltage circuits
- Bathroom plans with referred adjustment of plumbing fixture
- Wall elevation with tile layouts (sections of individual units if needed)
- Data sheet of area sizes and types of finishing materials for all premises
- Draft sketching of furniture, décor and lighting
- Data sheet of furniture items (types and size dimensions)
Phase 3
- Decorating
- Selection of furniture, plumbing fixtures, floor coatings, lighting, finishing materials
- Selection of curtains and textile items etc
- 3D visualization of the selected plan version (all but technical premises)
Phase 4
- Maintenance of calculations and expense reports (as agreed).
“Exclusive” package cost: $40 per sq.m.
Author’s supervising support (4 episodes per month (1 episode – 3 hours, including transfer)) - $20
Complementation - $15/sq.m.
